摘 要:本文研究PC/PS共混物在不同组成比下的物理-力学性能,根据性能变化情况,阐述共混物相容性与性能的关系。从动态力学性能、DSC谱、密度及力学性能的测定结果表明,PC-PS是部份相容,可以推测相界间有相当的互容中间层存在,因而能取得改善力学性能的效果。SEM照片指出,PS球状微区被紧密地包裹在PC基材中。The physical-mechanical properties of PC/PS blends with various compositions were studied. The relations of the compatibility of the blends with the properties were investigated. The measurments of the dynamic mechanical spectroscopy, DSC and density and mechanical properties showed that PC/PS blends are partially compatible systems. The existence of an intermixed zone between two phases was postulates to explain the effect on improvement of the properties. SEM also indicates that disperse domains of PS are compactly embeded in the PC matrix.
