摘　　要：在认识构建社会主义和谐社会中,和谐的高校校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分。文章主要从高校工会对教职工权益维护的重要性,高校改革深化时期存在着不和谐的矛盾,不断探索维护教职工的合法权益的途径,科学把握维护职能的原则等方面来探讨维护教职工合法权益的有力举措,以促进高校和谐校园建设。Harmonious campus is a important part in understanding of building harmonious socialist society. Try to find out the way of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and staffs continuously,grasp the principle of safeguarding function scientifically, and discuss being adept in and having courage of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and staffs and contribute to building harmonious campus.
