摘　　要：市场竞争加剧,人力资源风险管理越来越重要。人力资源风险源的辨识是人力资源风险管理的首要阶段和关键步骤。界定了人力资源风险源及其辨识的概念,给出了辨识的原则,为企业人力资源风险源的辨识提供了基本思路。While the market competition turn worse, the human resource risk management is more and more important. Identifying risk source is the first key step of risk management in HRM. The concept and identifying of the human resource risk source arc defined and the principia of identifying are also offered in this paper. On this basic, some advice about identifying risk source of HRM was provided.
