摘 要:[目的]为了明确湖州市条纹叶枯病主要病区灰飞虱的传毒率。[方法]用人工饲养的五代灰飞虱,对“嘉花1号”水稻进行水稻条纹叶枯病的接毒试验。将饲养的5代灰飞虱成虫每穴1头接入瓶内的试验苗上,用网罩隔离培养接虫苗,连续观察60 d,通过统计计算带毒灰飞虱传毒率。[结果]主要病区灰飞虱的传毒率为5.69%。[结论]带毒灰飞虱对水稻条纹叶枯病的传毒率较高,应密切监控灰飞虱的发生动态,防止条纹叶枯病扩散蔓延。[Objective] The study aimed to make clear the transmission virus rate of Laodelphax striatellu in main area of rice stripe disease in Huzhou City. [Method]The transmission virus test on rice stripe disease was made on rice variety Jiahua 1 by feeding artificially 5 generations of Laodelphax striatellu.The adults of fed the 5th generation of Laodelphax striatellu were inoculated on the tested seedlings in flasks, and then the seedlings with insects were cultured in net isolation growth room. After consecutive observation on the seedlings with insects for 60 days the transmission virus rate of Laodelphax striatellu was computed by statistics. [Result] The transmission virus rate in main disease area was 5.69%. [Conclusion] The vector Laodelphax striatellu had high transmission rate on rice stripe disease. So the occurrence dynamic of Laodelphax striatellus should be observed and controlled rigidly to prevent the spread of rice stripe disease.
