摘　　要：随着商品经济的发展,市场竞争日趋激烈与复杂,市场领域的贿赂犯罪亦将逐渐演化、发展,并严重制约和破坏我国社会主义市场经济体制的运行。完善市场经济领域的法制建设,准确认定处罚商业贿赂罪,是维护社会主义市场经济秩序的客观需要,也是加强完善市场经济领域的法制建设的重要方面,是依法治国理念在市场领域的一个根本体现。With the development of commodity economy, market competition is getting fierce and complicated with every passing day, Bribery crime in marketplace field will evolve and worsen ,which will restrict and destroy our country socialist market economy＇s operation.Perfecting Legal institutions in the marketplace economic field, and accurately setting mind on the bribery crime, are the objective need for defending the economic order in socialist market economy, it is important aspect for perfecting legal system in market economy field,and it also embody the idea that managing state affairs by according to law in the marketplace field.
