摘　　要：本文主要讨论了伪造信用卡犯罪的构成要件、处罚原则以及既有“伪造”行为,又有“使用”行为如何定罪处罚三个问题。This paper mainly discussesthree issues including the composing, punishment of the crimes of forging credit cards and how to punish the crimes of both forging and using credit cards.
