摘 要:以复杂网络理论为基础,通过对流程工业系统的结构脆弱性分析,提出了一种新的系统安全性评估方法.通过构建流程工业系统网络模型、分析其拓扑结构特性和固有特征,建立了基于复杂网络特性的连锁故障模型,用该模型对网络中故障点所引起的级联效应进行了分析,并对连锁故障的严重程度进行了仿真.以田纳西-伊斯曼化工过程为例,对所提出的方法进行了分析验证,结果表明,该方法可以从复杂网络角度分析和理解系统连锁故障的本质,识别系统中的关键点和脆弱点,为安全控制和故障预防系统的合理设计提供了依据.Analyzing the structural vulnerability of the process industry system, a new method for system safety based on the complex networks theory is proposed. The network model of the process industry system is constructed and the inherent topological structure characteristics are investigated. Subsequently, to study the cascade effect caused by the fault of a node in the network, a cascading failure model based on the basic characteristic parameters of the network is proposed, and then the damage of cascading failure triggered by a single node in the system is simulated. A case study of Tennessee-Eastman process is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the mechanism of cascading failures can be analyses and understood from a complex network perspective, and the method enables to find the critical node and the crisp node of the process industry system for design the system of the safety control and failure prevention.
