摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨适合目前我国国情的护理专业硕士研究生培养目标。方法采用Delphi技术。结果在具体分解的57项培养目标选择率在70%以上者,“科研型”和“临床型”硕士研究生分别有24和19项被专家认为应作为硕士教育的最基本目标;选择率在50%～70%的培养目标中,“科研型”和“临床型”硕士研究生分别有13和20项目标被认为是重要的培养目标。结论根据目前我国现状,不同类型护理专业硕士研究生培养目标有所不同。Objective To explore the educational objectives for postgraduate training of nursing master degree based on present situation in China. Method Delphi method was used for the study. Result Among the 57 program objectives, 24 items （as research type） and 19 items （as clinical type） were considered as the integrant or most im- portant by 70 percent experts. 13 items and 20 items were considered as the most important objectives of the two types by 50%~70% experts. Conclusion According to the idea of experts, the two types of postgradnate Nursing have their educational objectives respectively.
