摘　　要：本文回顾性分析１６例经病理证实的鼻腔鼻窦真菌病的Ｘ线及ＣＴ表现，初步认为单侧上颌窦内粘膜增厚伴有或不伴有边缘欠清晰或密度不均匀的团块为鼻腔鼻窦真菌病极有价值的Ｘ线表现，另外在慢性鼻窦炎ＣＴ征象基础上伴有不规则钙化的结节性团块，应高度怀疑鼻腔鼻窦真菌病。本文还对鼻腔鼻窦真菌病诊断的有关注意事项进行了讨论。The X ray and CT findings in 16 patients with histologically confirmed mycosis of paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity were studied respectively X ray features included thickened mucosa and mass of different density with irregular border or not By CT findings of chronic sinusitis,nodular soft mass with irregular calcification should be suspected highly Some problems of diagnosis of mycosis in paranasal sinus and nasal cavity were also discussed
