摘  要:针对沙角C电厂动力设备检修的现状,在已经得到广泛使用的点检系统上,提出一套完整的状态检修软件系统的设计实施方案.方案在对动力设备运行数据分类整理的基础上,充分挖掘数据信息,运用模糊数学的理论进行综合评判,得出设备的运行状态;依据设备的运行状态信息,运用模糊识别的方法对设备进行故障诊断,从而得出设备运行的风险评判,并进一步给出动力设备最优的检修策略.沙角C电厂动力设备的实际运用情况表明,该平台界面友好,维护方便,模型推理可靠.Aiming at the situation in Shajiao C Power Station, an overall design and application scheme is proposed for the condition-based maintenance software package used in the sequenced detection system. After the classifica- tion of operation data of the power equipments, the data information is fully mined, therefore a comprehendsive e- valuation is made according to fuzzy theory and the operation state of the equipment is obtained. With the operation state, the failure diagnosis of equipment is performed with fuzzy recognition method, the risk evaluation is got, and finally the the optimal maintenance strategy is given. After the practical usage of the system in Shajiao C Power Station, it proves that this platform is easy to maintain with friendly interface. The reasoning of this model is reliable.
