摘  要:以富铬南瓜和普通南瓜为材料,研究水培条件下Cr^(6+)对南瓜幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量的影响,并探讨了铬在南瓜幼苗根茎叶中的亚细胞分布。结果表明,随着铬浓度的升高,两种南瓜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化不大,过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化明显,叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先升高后降低的趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性持续降低。总之富铬南瓜和普通南瓜各指标的变化幅度不一样。此外,富铬南瓜铬主要富集在F1(细胞壁及残渣)和F3(可溶部分)中,具有生命活性的F2(细胞器及膜)部分含量较低,普通南瓜F2(细胞器及膜)部分铬的量较高,所占比例要高于富铬南瓜。Rich-chromium pumpkin and common pumpkin were used to study the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content under the stress of Cr^6+ through nutrient solution culture. The subcellular distribution of chromium was studied too. The results showed that with the increase of Cr^6+ concentration, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) varied little, but peroxidase (POD) varied obviously. The chlorophyll content and soluble protein content increased first but then decreased. In contrast, the activity of actalase (CAT) decreased steadily. These changes differed between rich-chromium pumpkin and common pumpkin. Chromium accumulated mainly in cell wall and in soluble fraction. The distribution ratio of chromium in cell organs was higher in common pumpkin than in richchromium pumpkin.
