福州地区12459例不同胎龄新生儿出生体重的调查

摘　　要：本文报告福州地区１２４５９例不同胎龄单胎活产新生儿出生体重算术均值及百分１０、２５、５０、７５、９０位数值；男婴体重平均比女婴重９９ｇ；同胎龄经产儿出生体重高于初产儿；胎儿体重于孕３６～３７周时出现一个突出的高峰。本文结果可作为福州地区不同胎龄新生儿体格发育的参考标准，同时对新生儿按胎龄与出生体重进行分类，了解胎儿在子宫内的生长发育情况，诊断生长发育迟缓以及处理高危妊娠等也有重要意义。This paper reported the birth weight of 12459 cases of newborn babies which were single foetus,alive baby and for 28 44 pregnant weeks in Fuzhou area.The weight percentile(10,25,50,75 and 90)was calculated for the babies.It showed that:1.The mean weight of male (3202g)was higher than female(3103g),being 99g higher than the latter;2.The weight of first newborn baby was lower than the second one or others;3.The peak increasing weight of foetus for each week was at the 36 37th week;4.The above mentioned results may be as a reference standard for babys physical development in Fuzhou.And these data was very important for understanding babys growing situation in uterus,diagnosing grow delay and treating high risk pregnant woman.
