卤米松乳膏与祛白酊联合外用治疗白癜风

摘　　要：目的观察祛白酊与卤米松联合治疗白癜风的疗效。方法将73例白癜风患者随机分为卤米松组、祛白酊组和联合用药组。卤米松组外用卤米松乳膏治疗,祛白酊组外用祛白酊治疗和联合用药组联合外用卤米松与祛白酊。3组疗程均为3个月。结果卤米松组有效率为40.0%,祛白酊组为40.9%,联合用药组为71.0%。卤米松组与祛白酊组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。联合用药组有效率明显优于卤米松组和祛白酊组(P均<0.05)。结论祛白酊与卤米松联合外用治疗白癜风的疗效较好,无明显副作用,值得在临床中使用。Objective To observe the efl＇icacy of halometasone cream combined with Qu- Bai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 73 patients with vitiligo were divided randomly into halometasone group externally treated with halometasone cream , Qu- Bai group treated with Qu- Bai tincture and the combination group treated with halometasone cream plus Qu- Bai tincture for a course of three months. Results The effective rates in the halometasone group, Qu - Bai group and combination group were 40.0% ,40.9% and 71.0%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the halometasone group and the Qu- Bai group （P 〉 0.05 ）, but there were significant differences between the halometasone group and the combination group, the Qu - Bai group and the combination group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of halometasone cream with Qu - Bai tincture is effective on vitiligo without severe side effect, suitable for clinical use.
