摘　　要：目的评价彩色多普勒超声诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床价值。方法应用HDI-5000型、ACUSON-128型彩色多普勒超声仪对10例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行检查,与CT、MRI、DSA检查方法进行比较,并与手术结果进行对照,进行总结分析。结果经彩色多普勒超声诊断的主动脉夹层动脉瘤与CT、MRI、DSA检查诊断的符合率较高。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤具有重要的临床价值,但是检查方法、探测部位、所用切面均可影响诊断结果的准确性。Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of dissecting aortic aneurysm. Methods Ten patients with dissecting aortic aneurysm were examined with HDI - 5000、 ACUSON - 128XP color Doppler ultrasound, CT、MRI and DSA, the results were compared with that the operation and retrospectively analyzed. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound were highly coincided with the that of CT、MRI、 DSA in diagnosis in dissecting aortic aneurysm. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is useful for diagnosis of dissecting aortic aneurysm, but the accuracy might be affected by the examination methods, transducer position and cross section.
