深圳市部分医院洁净手术室综合性能监测及管理对策

摘　　要：目的为了解深圳市部分医院洁净手术室的洁净效果,以便强化管理和保障洁净效率。方法采用现场检测方法,对6所综合医院新建和改建的45间洁净手术室及其23间辅助用房洁净效果进行了调查。结果所检测的洁净手术室主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率分别为100%,97.8%,静压差和相对湿度合格率偏低,仅为68.9%和66.7%;洁净辅助用房的主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率为100%,但静压差和相对湿度合格率也偏低,仅为69.6%和78.3%。结论深圳市部分新建、改建的洁净手术室主要控制参数沉降菌浓度、尘埃粒子数合格率高,但静压差、相对湿度合格率较低,洁净手术室的硬件建设和管理仍需改进。Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of clean operating rooms of some hospitals of Shenzhen City for strengthening management and guanrantee operational saety. Methods The sanitary conditions of six integrated hospitals under construction, 45 modified operational rooms and 23 accessary rooms were surveyed. Results The qualification rate of dust particle concentration, depositing bacterial concentration , static pressure difference and relative humidity of clean operating rooms were 100%, 97.$%, 68.9% and 66.7% ,respectively; while that of the accessory rooms were 100%, 100%, 69.6% and 78.3%, respectively. Conclusion The qualification rates of depositing bacterial concentration and dust particle concentration in some hospitals are high, but the qualification rates of static pressure difference and relative humility in some hospitals are low. Thus the work of management be strengthened.
