前列腺增生症手术疗效的综合评估

摘　　要：对１９８５年１月至１９９６年６月间手术治疗的２９１例前列腺增生症病人进行随访；用国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分和尿流率曲线对手术效果进行评价。发现单用１项指标评价均带有一定的片面性，而３项指标联合应用则比较全面而客观。建议在评价前列腺增生症的治疗效果时，常规联合应用这３项指标，以客观地反映真实情况。From Jan. 1985 to June 1996,291 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH)were treated with open prostatectomy and transurethral prostatectomy (TURP).The patients were followed up and the outcomes of the surgical procedures were evaluated by international prostate symptom score (I PSS),quality of life score(QLS) and uroflowmetry.It was found that I PSS,QLS or uroflowmetry alone was not accurate in reflecting postoperative conditions of the patients.The outcomes of the patinets after prostatectomy could be well evaluated by use of I-PSS combined with QLS and uroflowmetry.Its suggest that in evaluating the effect of other therapeutical methods for BPH,I PSS also should be used in combination with QLS and uroflowmetry.
