摘　　要：提出了一种利用ARM7TDMI的JTAG接口验证SoC测试的方法。该方法可在RTL验证时即可使用;分析了JTAG的标准和ARM7TDMI扫描链的标准;从中给出了如何利用JTAG控制ARM7TDMI扫描链来完成ARM的行为控制。A method of testing ScC by JTAG of the APM7TDM is proposed. It can be used by the process of RTL verification. The JTAG standard and the AEM7TDMI scan chains are also analyzed in this paper. It gives the method to control the ARM7TDMI behavior by JTAG and the scan chains.
