摘　　要：意识形态是影响制度创新的一个非常重要的因素,它在很大程度上左右着一个国家和民族高技术产业的腾飞和科技人员的创新激情,分析传统意识形态对我国科技人员创新的不良影响,指出培养良好的意识形态环境的重要性和对策.Technology is one of key factor of institutional innovation. It has great impact on the development of country＇s hi-tech industry. Based on analyzing the influence of traditional ideology to the researcher＇s innovation work in our country, it points out the importance of ideology to the development of hi-tech industry and brings forward some suggestion for improving the ideology environment.
