摘　　要：针对电子政务管理系统业务十分复杂的特点,根据工作流管理联盟提出的工作流模型的五大类型接口,设计电子政务中相应的应用程序接口,并分析各接口的主要功能,同时设计了一套供工作流引擎调用的应用程序接口(API),每种接口都设计有API函数的调用函数名、参数列表及返回值。本论文的部分内容已经成功地运用于湖南省国土资源厅电子政务系统。The workflow engine application interfaces about E-Government are designed and analyzed to solve the problems involving the complexity of the E-Government system and their functions based on five interfaces of the WFMC workflow model.Then a series of application interfaces are devised to supply to workflow engine.Each interface has its function name,parameter lists and backtrack values.The results obtained in the study are partially used in the land and resources department of Hunan province.
