摘　　要：为了满足海上石油作业平台安全就位的要求,使用VB 6.0开发工具以及MapX控件,集成GPS和GIS技术开发了油田作业平台安全就位服务系统。该服务系统实现了GPS数据的实时接收和作业平台运行状态(速度、方向、位置)的动态实时显示,为作业平台安全就位提供决策方案,能在保证海底管线安全的基础上辅助作业人员找到作业平台最佳停靠位置。In order to meet the requirements of safe emplacement of offshore oil operating platform, the service system for safe emplacement of oilfield operating platform was developed by using VB 6.0 development tool and MapX control unit and integrating GPS and GIS techniques, the service system can realize the real-time reception of GPS data and the dynamic and real-time display of operating state of operating platform （speed, direction and location）, which provides the decision-making scheme for the safe emplacement of operating platform and helps the operators find out the best berthing place of operating platform without any harm to the submarine pipelines.
