摘　　要：我国是混凝土用量大国,混凝土施工质量的优劣将对国民经济和人民生活带来不可忽视的影响。从工程管理角度分析了混凝土施工中常出现的通病,并从混凝土施工中的质量控制方面提出一些切实可行的预防和对策措施,旨在为提高混凝土施工质量作参考。China is a country of large concrete consumption, so the concrete construction quality in China will have great influence on Chinese national economy and people＇s life. In this paper, the common problems with concrete construction are analyzed from the viewpoint of engineering management, and some practical and feasible prevention measures for quality control in concrete construction are proposed and used for reference in improving the concrete construction quality.
