自尿疗法治疗重型妊娠剧吐72例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨一种有效治疗重型妊娠剧吐的方式。方法 对我院96年1月到2005年12月在我科住院72例重型妊娠剧吐孕妇进行自尿疗法治疗的结果进行回顾性分析；与同期64例重型妊娠剧吐孕妇行常规治疗的病例进行比较。结果 自尿疗法组（为观察组）72例治疗3～5天治愈67例，好转5例，有效率100％。对照组（常规疗法组）5～14天治愈25例，好转17例；有效率为67．18％，孕期及产后随访一年未发现产妇及新生儿有明显副作用及先天性疾病。结论 自尿疗法对重型妊娠剧吐是十分有效、安全的。值得推广应用。潜在问题是作用原理有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate a efficient method for treating serious vomiting of pregnancy. Methods A restrospeetive analysis was made on the results of serious vomiting of pregnaney of 72 patients who were treated on our department from Jan 1996 to Dee 2005. Results In the urine therapy group （observed group）, healing was 67, slow improvement was 5. The healing rate was 100%. In the eontrast group （ routine treatment group）, healing was 25, slow improvement was 17. The healing rate was 67.18%. To follow - up survey one year, we diseovered the pregnant woman and the newborn didn＇t have the side - effeet or eongenital diseases. Conduslon The urine therapy was safe and sure. It＇s worth of spreading. The problem is the aetion prineiple await to disenss.
