改良简易通便法治疗老年便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察开塞露（Enema）插管注入法结合腹部按摩治疗老年便秘的临床效果。方法 对于我科2006年7月～2007年5月收治的46例需要用开塞露解除便秘的老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组各23例，实验组采用开塞露40ml插管注入法结合腹部按摩，对照组采用传统开塞露40ml直接肛注法注入，对比观察两组治疗后病人的舒适感、排便率、排便量、排便后是否仍有便意情况。结果 实验组无论从排便率、排便量、舒适感、排便后是否仍有便意均优于传统的用药方法，两组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论 开塞露插管注入法结合腹部按摩治疗老年便秘可提高疗效，病人更易接受，值得在临床上推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment putting Enema into the anus by intubation combined with abdominal massage to treat the old being constipated. Methods To divide 46 cases into two groups （the Matched control and Experiment set） from July 2006 to May 2007 in our department. Each group has 23 cases. In the experiment set, we take the method putting 40 milliliter Enema into the anus by intubation combined with abdominal massage, and the matched control, we put 40 milliliter Enema into the anus directly. To evaluate the effect by the following factors： the feeling of the patient, the frequency of toilet, the total of toilet, and whether the patient given the treatment would go to toilet again. Result The results of the experiment set surpass the matched control＇s from the four factors, and significant difference statistically was notes between the two groups. Conclusion The treatment putting Enema into the anus by intubation combined with abdominal massage to treat the old being constipated can improve the effect, and the patient has no pain, and they would accept this treatment easily. The treatment for the object is worth of spreading.
