国产格列齐特片治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病112例近期疗效观察

摘　　要：应用国产格列齐特治疗１１２例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者，其有效剂量为１１１．１±６４．８ｍｇ／ｄ（２０～２４０ｍｇ／ｄ），有效率为９９．１１％，均显著优于进口产品；国产格列齐特除具有降糖、降糖化血红蛋白、促进胰岛素分泌、提高血清基础胰岛素水平、降低血浆纤维蛋白原作用外，还具有调整脂类代谢紊乱的作用，其效果亦优于进口产品。国产格列齐特生物利用度高。Domestic gliclazid (1) was used to treat 112 patients with noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).The other 93 were treated with imported product (2) as control.The daily oral dose of 1 ranged from 20 to 240(111.1±64.8) mg.After 2～3 months of treatment,mean fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,plasma fibrinogen,urine glucose excretion and glucohemoglobin levels reduced significantly,glucose tolerance was elevated ,serum insulin levels in fasting and after glucose loading increased appreciably,disorder of lipid metabolism was improved in 1 group.The effective dose of 1 was lower than that of 2.The efficacy and bioavaility of 1 were higher than that of 2.
