海通片治疗高脂血症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨海通片治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法 将296例高脂血症病人随机分为两组，治疗组152例口服海通片，每次100mg，每日3次；对照组144例口服烟酸肌醇酯片，每次0．4g，每日3次，4周为1疗程。检测两组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学指标，观察不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组治疗的总有效率为86．8％，对照组为63．9％，两组疗效比较差异有显著性（uc=3．827，P〈0．01）；两组治疗后血脂、全血黏度、血浆黏度均较治疗前降低，治疗组降低更为明显，差异有显著性（t=2．949～18．705，P〈0．01），且不良反应少。结论 海通片治疗高脂血症具有较好的疗效。Objective To assess the clinical effect of Mannose Ester-Haier tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Patients with hyperlipidemia （n=296） were randomly divided into experimental group （n=152） treated with Mannose Ester-Haier tablets, 100 mg t. i. d. , and control group （n=144） treated with inoditol nicotinate, 40 mg t. i. d. , the course was four weeks for both groups. Hemorheology and blood lipid were detected before and after treatment, and the side effects of the drugs were compared. Results The total effective rate was 86.8% for the experimental group, and 63.9% for the control, the difference was significant （uc=3. 827,P〈0.01）. Compared with before treatment, the level of blood lipid, whole blood viscocity, and blood plasma viscocity decreased in both groups, but more obvious change was noted in the experimental with less side effects. Conclusion Mannose Ester-Haier tablets show better antihyperlipidemic effect than inoditol nicotinate.
