清末广东警察职能分析

摘　　要：晚清警察的设立是以国家职能为目的,社会服务职能是警察职能最外在的表现,但由于清政府统治处于风雨飘摇的状态,决定了广东警察职能的特殊性。文章对广东警察社会服务职能内容和作用进行阐述,并从人口控制和舆论控制的角度重点对广东警察的国家职能加以论述。The establishment of the late Qing Dynasty police took the functions of the state as its purpose. The social service function is the most external police function behavior because Qing regime governed in a precarious state. The paper expounds the content and function of Guangdong police social service. And it comments on its national functions from the perspectives of population control and public opinion control.
