摘　　要：电能表是国家重点管理的用于贸易结算的计量器具,其计量准确与否直接影响着电能交易双方的经济利益。为了保证陕西省电力公司所属供电局0．02级电能计量标准装置在计量检定间隔之间的准确可靠,结合供电局的实际情况,采用联合检定和期间核查的控制方法,从而达到监控测量过程的目的。Watt-hour meter is the measurement instrument controlled by state, which is applied to power trading and billing, its accuracy has a direct impact on economic interest of the two parties of power deal. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of 0.02 class electric energy measuring instrument for power supply bureaus under Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation during the interval of measuring and testing, in light of the actual condition of power supply bureaus, the control method based on combination of testing and intermediate checks is used to monitor measurement process.
