排蜡制度对热压铸滑石瓷性能的影响

摘　　要：通过改变热压铸滑石瓷的排蜡制度,对同一配方的滑石瓷进行了吸水率、抗弯强度、抗拉强度和断面扫描等试验,探讨了排蜡制度对热压铸滑石瓷相关性能的影响,确定了一种适用于热压铸滑石瓷的排蜡烧成制度。The relationship between the wax removing sintering schedule and the propertics of the hot pressure casting steatite porcelain was studied. The shrink rate,bending strength,tensile strength and SEM micrographs of the steatite porcelain samples sintered in four kinds of wax removing sintering schedule were tested. A reasonable was removing sintering schedule about steatite porcelain was put forward.
