行业协会开辟地方餐饮美食新纪元——云南餐饮与美食行业协会成功运作的启示

摘　　要：直到今天，中国各级餐饮行业协会的职能范围和监管能力还没有完全解读清楚，各级协会的工作也都自为其政。因此，在行业协会的舞台上，有人迷茫，有人消沉，有人急功近利，也有人以协会为招牌，仅仅为自己谋财利。于此之间，真正以全行业利益为视点，以规范行业行为为己任的餐饮协会寥寥无几。云南省餐饮与美食行业协会的准确定位及成功运作给了我们一个别并生面的启示。未来的行业协会，或许就在这种模式、这样的动态中向前发展。Leaderette： Even till now, function range and supervision capability for all levels cate associations ability do not have to clarified completely in China, resulting in individual administration. Therefore, in profession association~ stage, someone is confused; someone gets depression, someone eagers for quick success and immediate gain, also some people take the association as the advertisements, merely seeks the wealth for oneself to be favorable. At the same time, Few association operates in order to service the industry or regulate behavior in it. Thus successful operation of Yunnan cate Association gave us a new inspiration. Possibly, the future associations will go ahead dynamically right in this mode.
