云南原生态饮食的开发和利用

摘　　要：原生态是一个生物学名词，即自然界原始的生态系统。最近几年被文艺界借用作为粗犷的民间文艺的类型名称，本文则进一步借用，作为社会基层群众日常饮食文化形态的表述方式。由于这种形态的饮食在民间（尤其在少数民族地区）的长期流变，因而具有健康饮食的特征，故此很有开发和利用的前景。 云南是我国少数民族主要聚居地区之一，共有25个少数民族。历史上他们与外界交流不够，饮食生活受外来文化的影响较少，故而有丰富的原生态饮食品种，颇具开发和利用的价值。Primitive ecology is a biological term, ie primitive ecological system of nature. In the last few years, the world of literature and art borrow in order to forthright folk type of literature and art. Again, this article borrow in order to manifestation of the common peoples dietary culture, this form diet in folk （especially is minority nationality） a long - term a spread far and wide, have simply characteristics of healthy diet, therefore have prospect of exploitation and utilization. Yunnan have 25 minority nationality, in or of the past, they take part in foreign lands relative few exchange,diet life relative few effect of outside culture, therefore have very many different type＇primitive ecological dietary, very contain much of exploitation and utilization.
