双黄消炎胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立双黄消炎胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定小檗碱的含量。结果:小檗碱的线性范围为0.05μg-1.6μg(r=0.999 9,n=5)。平均回收率为100.2%。结论:该法可行,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制方法。Objective： To set up the qualitative and quantitative methods for Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Capsule. Methods ： Radix Scutellariae were identified by TLC method. The content of berberine in Shuanghuan Xiaoyan Capsule was determined by HPLC. Results ： The linear range of Berberine was 0.05 μg ～ 1.6 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 100.2%. Conclusion： The method is convenient, accurate and practicable. It can be used as the methods for controlling the quality of Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Capsule.
