摘　　要：脑血管疾病的产生与与众多因素相关,而痰浊血瘀与脑血管病、高血压病等尤为密切。从痰浊、血瘀及痰瘀交阻与脑血管病中缺血性中风、高血压病的历史渊源,病因病机、临床表现、理化指标、疾病的发展过程、现代医学研究等的相关性进行研究,具有指导临床的作用。The origin of cerebrovascular disease is related to multiple factors, but phlegm, blood stasis, and combination of phlegm and blood stasis are closely related, especially to ischemic apoplexy, hypertensive disease etc. The study was from the correlation between these factors and the etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, physical and chemical specifications, development of the disease and modem investigation of ischemic stroke and hypertension in cerebrovascular diseases to guide the clinic.
