高效液相色谱法测定莪术油中莪术二酮和牦牛儿酮的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立莪术油中莪术二酮和牦牛儿酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil-CN柱(150 mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm。结果:莪术二酮的回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.5%(n=5);牦牛儿酮的回收率为97.8%,RSD=1.6%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为莪术油及其制剂的定量分析方法。Objective：To develop a method for determination of Curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil. Method： The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-CN column, with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（32：68）, the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Result： The recovery of curdione was 100.4%, RSD = 1.5%, The recoveryof germacrone was 97.8%, RSD = 1.6%. Conclusion： This method is simple and repeatable, and it be used for the quantitative analysis of curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.
