摘 要:目的:比较烫伤油及其改良剂型烫伤膜不同配方中大黄素的释放的差异,为烫伤油剂型改良提供依据。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池法,以透析膜为穿透介质,模拟大黄素的透皮释放,HPLC法测定释放液中大黄素的含量。结果:以甲壳素为基质的改良烫伤膜释放大黄素的速度和累计渗透量在12h内均较烫伤油为高。结论:以甲壳素为基质的改良烫伤膜对大黄素的释放能力优于以麻油为基质的传统烫伤油。Objective:To compare in vitro percutaneous absorption of Scald Oil and Scald Membrane. Method: The improved Franz diffusing cells were chosen to study percutaneous absorption of emodin in Scald Oil and Scald Membrane. The content of permeated emodin was determined by HPLC. Result: The penetration and accumulation and steady velocity of emodin in Scald Membrane increased respectively than that of Scald Oil within 12 h. Conclusion:The percutaneous absorption of emodin in redesigned Scald Membrane is better than that of Scald Oil.
