^3H—淫羊藿甙定量分布与淫羊藿归经关系的研究

摘　　要：采用氚标记小檗科植物淫羊藿的有效成分淫羊藿甙为示踪剂 ,经小鼠尾静脉注入 ,测定 48h间期 9个不同示踪时相 15种器官组织共 40 5份样品的示踪剂含量。观察3H 淫羊藿甙在体内的动态定量分布、排泄状况 ,并探讨其与中药淫羊藿归经理论的关系。结果表明 :同一器官的不同示踪时相和同一示踪时相的不同器官 ,其示踪剂含量均呈现极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。3H 淫羊藿甙较集中分布于肝脏、肾上腺、小肠、肾脏和支气管等器官。3H 淫羊藿甙上述选择性分布特点同淫羊藿归经及脏腑的络属关系基本一致。JH3,D; ,Z icarrin was used as a tracer agent and injected into mice by the caudal vein. In 48 hours,the contents of the tracer agent of 405 samples involving 9 different tracing phases and 15 kinds of organ or tissue were determined in order to observe the dynamic quantitative distribution and excretion of JH3,D; ,Z icariin and to understand the meridian affinity of the TCM drug epimedium.The results showed that the contents of JH3,D; ,Z icariin of same organs in different tracing phases and the contents of JH3,D; ,Z icariin in same tracing phases of different organs were significantly different( P <0 001).JH3,D; ,Z icariin was mainly distributed in the liver,adrenal gland, small intestine,kidney and bronchus.The authors hold that the above mentioned selective distribution of JH3,D; ,Z icariin basically coincides with the meridian affinity and zang fu selection of the TCM drug epimedium.
