摘  要:以300μg/kg环丙沙星注入大鼠右侧脑室后,于皮层感觉运动区记录皮层脑电图。结果:注射后分别约经153.9±88.17和297.88±125.55s潜伏期后,右、左皮层先后出现痫样放电,以注射侧先出现。放电波形多变,频率20~40次/分,波幅1~2mV。同时伴有皮层、海马以细胞核损伤为主的超微结构变化。提示:环丙沙星对中枢神经系统具有刺激和损伤作用。Electrocorticogram (ECOG) were recorded in sensorimotor area of rat cortex after 300μg/kg ciprofloxacin (CPLX) injected into right ventricle of brain. The epileptiform discharge appeared at 153.90±88.17 and 297.88±125.55s in right and left cerebral cortex, respectively. Spike waves occured first at the side of injection (right lateral) and then bilaterally. The wave forms of discharge were variable. The frequency range and wave amplitude were 20 ̄40 spike/min and 1 ̄2mV, respectively. The ultra structure of cortex and hippocampus showed some injury of the nucleus. These changes were accompanied with the change of ECOG, simultaneously. The results suggested that the CPLX has a stimulating and damaging effects on the central nerve system in rats.
