瑞特氏综合征联合化疗的临床观察

摘　　要：作者从１９９３年４月至１９９５年１２月收集本院住院及门诊瑞特氏综合征（Ｒｅｉｔｅｒ’Ｓｙｄｒｏｍｅ，ＲＳ）患者１０例，均符合美国风湿病学会的分类及诊断标准，且人类白细胞抗原（ＨＬＡ－Ｂ２７）检查阳性，经柳氮磺胺吡啶（ＳＳＺ）和氨甲喋呤（ＭＴＸ）联合治疗，６个月追踪观察，各项临床和实验室指标明显改善，临床缓解率１００％，未发现严重副作用。作者认为临床上应重视ＲＳ的正确诊断，ＨＬＡ－Ｂ２７的检查尤为重要，ＳＳＺ和ＭＴＸ联合化疗ＲＳ是一种安全、有效和经济的方法。The authors collected 10 cases of Reiters Sybdrome(RS) from the IPD and OPD between Mar.1993 Dec.1995.The diagnosis of all cases was met with the diagnosis criteria stipulated by the American Rheumatic Diseases Association,besides,the test of human Leucocyte antigen B 27 (HLA B 27 ) showed positive.We used the Sulphasalazine (SSZ) and Methotrexatum(MTX) as combined chemo therapeutic medication.By retrospective self controlled investigation,often for six months follow up,all the clinical and laboratory indications showed significant improvement.The rate of clinic relief was 100%,and no side effect was seen.This kind of therapy.in comparision with NSAID and SSZ drugs,was of great advantage to therapeutic efficacy and of less recurrence.We suggest that sufficient attention be paid to establishing the correct diagnosis of Reiters Syndrome,especially to determining if the HLA B 27 test is positive.We consider the combination of SSZ with MTX to be a safe, effective and economic means in treating the disease.
