摘　　要：在简要介绍高速DSP-MAPCA特点的基础上,着重介绍了基于MAPCA的H.261视频解码器的优化方法。包括对程序的架构进行合理的调整,对主要程序模块IDCT和反量化进行优化。优化后的解码时间只占原来的1/3。This paper introduces the features of high - speed DSP- MAPCA, based on which most emphasis is on the optimization of the H. 261 video decoder, including reasonable adjustments of the program framework, the optimizations of the main program module IDCT and the I- quant. The decoding time after the optimization only takes one - third of the original.
