摘　　要：针对当前网络管理系统在管理资源方面的不足,通过研究新一代电信运营支撑系统(NGOSS)中共享信息数据(SID)模型的概念,提出并设计了网络资源模型。结合WAP业务模型说明资源模型如何在网络管理系统中被上层应用,实践证明资源建模能给复杂的网络管理提供强大的支持。For the shortage in the resource management of network management system, by researching the concept of shared information and data （SID） model in the new generation operation support system （NGOSS）, a resources modeling concept is put forward and designed. Using WAP-service model accounts for how the resource model is used by the upper application in network management system, the results prove the resource model provides a solid base for the complicated network and services management.
