摘  要:采用浓度为12%的甘油、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为冷冻保护剂,分别添加到A液(乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸钠、磷酸氢二钾、果糖、TES);B液(氯化镁、乙酸钠、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸钠、果糖、EDTA-Na2)2种基础液中,进行常温保存和冷冻试验.常温保存结果发现:甘油对精子毒害作用最大,在A、B 2种基础液中精子生存指数分别为(8.40±0.114),(8.30±0.055)(P<0.01);其次是DMF,而DM-SO及DMA对精子的毒害作用最小.冷冻保存结果发现,以DMSO和DMA作为冷冻保护剂,精子解冻后活率优于DMF和甘油(P<0.01).Glycerol,DMSO,DMA and DMF were added into two elementary solutions respectively as cryoprotector to examine the preservative effectiveness on chicken semen under normal temperature and frozen chicken semen. The result under normal temperature showed that the toxicity of Glycerol to sperm was stronger than that of others, the survival rate of the chicken semen in solution A and B were (8. 40± 0. 114) and (8. 30±0. 055) respectively(P〈0.01 ), the toxicity of DMF to sperm was weaker than that of Glycerol and stronger than that of DMSO and DMA. The result on frozen chicken semen showed that the frozen-thawed motility was higher when the cryoprotector was DMA or DMSO(P〈0.01 ).
