摘 要:在对长穗苜蓿穗长、小花数、荚果数和种子数调查的基础上,对长穗苜蓿品种的穗部性状的数量特征进行了统计分析.结果表明:长穗苜蓿植株群体穗长、小花数、荚果数、种子数出现的频数均近似呈正态分布.以德福和甘农三号为对照,通过穗部有关性状的相关分析表明:穗长、小花数、荚果数与种子数相关系数依次为0.278、0.321和0.727,穗长与小花数、荚果数、种子数的相关系数依次为0.930、0.342、0.278,且相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01).对长穗苜蓿和德福、甘农三号穗长、小花数、荚果数和种子数方差分析表明:长穗苜蓿的穗长、小花数、荚果数和种子数分别和德福、甘农三号的穗长、小花数、荚果数和种子数差异达到极显著水平.穗长是苜蓿种子高产的主要影响因子.On the basis of the investigation into quantity characteristics of ear length, inflorescence flowers, number of pod and seeds of Long Ear alfalfa, the quantity characteristics of ear character of Long Ear alfalfa were statistically analyzed. The results showed there were normal distribution patterns between each factors and it's frequency. Through the correlative analysis of the ear characters, Defy and Gannong No. 3 as the controls, it could be found that the correlation coefficiencies between the seeds and other three traits of the ear were 0. 278,0. 321 and 0. 727, and the correlation coefficiencies between ear length and other three traits were 0. 930,0. 342 and 0. 278,the correlations were all significant (P〈0.01). The results of variance analysis about the related characters of Defy,Gannong No. 3 and Length Ear showed that each character of Long Ear including ear length, flowers, number of pod and seeds was significantly different from the same character of Gannong No. 3 and Defy, and the ear length was the main factor influencing the production of alfalfa.
