摘　　要：目的比较无细胞百白破疫苗(APDT)与全细胞百白破疫苗(WPDT)接种反应差异。方法对2005年1月—2006年8月在咸宁市疾病预防控制中心接种门诊接种的3个月以上,2岁以内的985名儿童。向家长介绍2种疫苗的安全性和免疫原性,让家长自愿选择其中一种疫苗接种。接种后24、48h观察局部反应和全身反应。结果670名接种APDT儿童局部反应36例,全身反应27例,反应率9.4%;315名接种WPDT儿童局部反应49例,全身反应43例,反应率29.2%;2组反应差异有统计学意义(χ2=63.37,P<0.01)。结论接种APDT全身反应和局部反应均低于WPDT,APDT具有接种反应轻微安全性好的特点。[ Objective] To compare the different response towards APDT and the WPDT vaccination. [ Methods] 985 children were chosen for the observation, whose parents were told of the safety and immunogenic of the two vaccines, then voluntarily chose one of them ; local and whole - body response was observed in 24 and 48h after vaccination. [ Results] Among the 670 children who were vaccinated with APDT, 36 and 27 of which had local response and whole - body response respectively with a total rate of 9. 4% ; among the 315 children who received WPDT vaccination, 49 and 43 of which had local and whole - body response with total rate of 29.2% ; there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] APDT vaccination causes less local and whole -body response than WPDT and is proved to be relatively safe.
