乡村精英博弈与乡村民主的发展

摘　　要：目前乡村精英已经成为村庄社会中比较活跃的一个群体,但个体间存在着利益的分化,这些精英为了实现各自的利益目标,在村庄活动中表现出不同的利益行为,从而形成了若干博弈形式,对乡村民主的发展产生了有利和不利的影响。本文依据社会学行为视角中的博弈理论,从乡村精英内部以及其与乡镇政府的博弈行为入手,分析他们的博弈行为对乡村民主的影响,并提出了相应的对策建议。At present village elite have become an active group in the village,but each of them has different benefit. These elite put up various behaviors to achieve their benefit aims,thereby it shapes some game forms.And this has advantageous and disadvantageous influence to village democratic development.According to the Game Theory of Sociology,this study analyzes the village elite's game behaviors with themselves and town govem- ment,and the influence to the village democracy.Then the author gives some relevant countermeasures and advice.
