个性化手机的逆向结构设计及其CAE分析

摘　　要：采用逆向工程技术理论对手机模型的电池后盖进行研究和分析,利用三维激光扫描仪对模型的几何特征进行数据扫描,并在Image ware软件中进行数据处理后导入UG软件实现模型重构,生成相应的零部件模型,同时对所生成的手机电池后盖模型运用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,模拟了发生形变及其结构变形的过程。研究打破了传统的正向设计流程,提高了个性化手机的自动化设计程度,节省了成本。In the article, the model of mobile battery cover is researched and analyzed by converse engineering-technique. The geometrical figure of the individuation mobile is scanned by laser scanning apparatus of three-dimensional. Then, after the scanning data is dealed with using Image ware software, the data is inputted into UG software to reconfigure, and generate the corresponding components model. At the same time, the model of mobile battery cover is analyzed with ANSYS software and the process of deformation occurred and structure transfigured is simulated. The research of this paper broke the tradition designing process, improves the degree of automatization for personal mobile and saves the cost.
