加替沙星热敏凝胶滴眼液家兔药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究加替沙星热敏凝胶滴眼液(GTGE)对感染兔眼的药效学。方法以3种常见致病菌感染兔眼,用GTGE行局部治疗,观察其治疗后细菌转阴(清除)率和治愈率。结果50只家兔被感染眼(结膜炎、角膜炎)中,细菌清除率和治愈率GTGE3次/d给药分别为96.6%和94.9%,GTGE2次/d给药分别为91.5%和86.3%,GTGE1次/d给药分别为74.6%和83.4%,而氧氟沙星滴眼液5次/d给药分别为75.4%和83.4%,即GTGE1次/d和氧氟沙星滴眼液5次/d滴眼的细菌清除率和治愈率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论GTGE药物在感染兔眼药效学试验中疗效明显,可供临床使用。Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effect of gatifloxacin thermosensitive gel eyedrop （GTGE） on the rabbits eye of bacterial infections. Methods The infection of rabbit＇s eye with 3 bacteriales were treated by GTGE. The pharmacodynamic evaluation included bacterial clearance rates and cure rates after treated. Results The bacterial clearance rates and cure rates were 96.6% and 94. 9% for GTGE 3/d;91.5% and 86.3% for GTGE 2/d; 74.6% and 83.4% for GTGE 1/d, respectively, and for ofloxacin eyedrop 5/d the bacterial eradication rates and cure rates were 75.4% and 83.4%, respectively in 50 rabbit＇s infection eye （conjunctivitis and cometitis）. The GTGE 1/d and ofloxacin eyedrop 5/d had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of GTGE is well in rabbit＇s infection eye＇s pharmacodynamic test, so it is useful to clinical treatment.
