摘　　要：文章从材料、环境和磨损3个方面对石油气井套管钻柱失效原因进行了分析。探讨了材料强度及螺纹强度钻柱失效的影响、复杂地质条件下套管及钻柱的腐蚀疲劳寿命、以及磨损对套管钻柱失效的影响;同时研究了结构与受力等因素对套管磨损的综合性影响。研究成果对减小钻柱失效、有效地预防套管钻柱损坏等方面起到积极作用。In this paper, the failure factors analysis is set up in three aspects, such as material, environment and corrosion. The influences of lacking strength of materials and screw thread are treated in this paper, as well as corrosion questions on complicated project situation. Especially, putting emphasis on the composite influence of the structure and stress, the abrasion factor to the pipe influence is analyzed in this paper.
