摘 要:2003年在内蒙古西乌旗大针茅草原,根据土壤深度0~10cm、1020cm、20~30cm分层采样,定量分析土壤线虫群落的多度,并对土壤线虫群落多样性和群落内线虫营养类型进一步分析.结果表明,该群落中土壤线虫包括50属和24科,其中矮化属、拟盘旋属、丽突属为优势属,特别是矮化属线虫数量异常高.土壤线虫群落的垂直分布呈现表聚型.就功能类群而言,植食性线虫在各层中的比例最高,为69.4%~81.3%,食真菌类线虫的比例最低,为0.9%~2.4%,而食细菌类线虫比例为13.9%-20.9%,食真菌类线虫和食细菌类线虫的比值为0.067~0.133.The diversity and vertical distribution of soil nematodes were investigated in Stipa grandis community in Xiwu Banner , Inner Mongolia, China. In 2003, a total of 90 soil samples were taken from 0 - 10 , 10 -20 and 20 - 30 cm depths in Stipa grandis community. The study qualified the abundance of community nematode and then analyzed community diversity and trophic types. In the community, 50 genera and 24 families of soil nematodes were identified, and the dominant genera were Tylenchorhynchus, Pararotylenchus and Acrobles. When compared with other plant parasite nematodes, the abundance of Tylenchorhynchus was extremely high. The result indicated that the vertical distribution of nematodes showed a typical surface accumulate type. Of all soil samples, the proportions of plant feeders, bacterivores and fungivores were ranged 69.4% - 81.3%, 13.9% -20.9% and 0.9% -2.4%, respectively, and there was a relatively low ratio of fungivores to bacterivores, ranged from 0.067 to 0. 133.
