摘　　要：IEC 61850标准是目前关于变电站通信网络和系统的最新国际标准,是变电站无缝通信的最佳解决方案。介绍了数字变电站使用IEC 61850标准的必要性,描述IEC 61850的起源、体系、目标以及特点,讨论基于IEC 61850的数字化变电站接口模型,最后对这个领域存在的问题和今后技术的发展提出了建议。IEC Publication 61850 is the newest international standard about communications network and system in substations, and it is the best way to realize communications within and between substations without barricades. This paper firstly presents the necessity of standardized construction of digital substation, then introduces and analyzes the background, characteristics, content of IEC Publication 61850. The interface model of digital substation based on IEC Publication 61850 is also discussed. Some suggestions for existing problems in this field and its further development are proposed.
