建设和谐海西应加大行政授权力度

摘　　要：建设和谐的海峡西岸经济区是一项系统的工程,完善行政授权法律制度是其中的一项重要内容。当前,福建省在建设和谐海西的实践中,行政授权法制化不仅凸显了其重要性,对加大行政授权力度具备了一定的社会条件。但是,我国行政授权法律制度还存在诸多的问题,要实现法制化的任务是相当艰巨的。因此,应加大力度解决好行政授权的理论与实践问题。The construction of a peaceful and harmonious economic zone at the west side of the Taiwan Straits is a systematic project, of which perfecting the system of administrative authorization is an important part. Recently, in the practice of constructing a peaceful and harmonious west side of the Taiwan Straits, making administrative authorization lawful shows its impor：ance. The relevant social conditions of making it also exist. However, as there are still many problems in the national administrative authorization laws, the realization of making administrative authorization lawful is still a very arduous mission. Therefore, we should put more emphasis on solving theoretical and practical problems of administrative authorization.
