摘 要:目的研讨发电机组建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素,评价该项目职业病危害防护设施可行性。方法采用类比法对项目中可能存在的职业病危害因素识别分析,定性和定量评价。结果该项目《可行性研究报告》的选址、总平面布置、建筑卫生学、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品等方面基本符合卫生学要求。应急救援措施不够完善,缺乏卫生辅助设施、职业卫生专项经费的相关内容。经类比分析,项目生产过程中可能产生的煤尘和毒物的浓度、高温作业场所的气象条件符合国家卫生标准要求;经采取有效的个人防护措施后,可以减轻矽尘(粉煤灰)、噪声对工人健康的危害。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施是可行的。Objective To study occupational hazard factors existed in generator construction project and assess feasibility of the project protection facilities. Methods Analogical analysis was used to identify hazards that may exist, and make qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The feasibility study report on the location selection, the general layout, occupational protective measures, the hagiology of building, and Personal protective equipment all met the basic hygienic requirements. Emergency relief measures were not perfect enough, lacking health ancillary facilities, the occupational health and special funds. Analogical analysis indicated that the production process, the concentrations of coal dust and poison and comprehensive temperature of places with high temperature met the national health standards. Personal protective equipments could reduce the hazards of silica (fly ash )and noise to the workers'health. Conclusions Protective measures of the project were feasible.
